I bought this because my nails were brittle, and I tried a couple other brands first before I settled on Vital Proteins. My nails look fantastic, and my hair has grown fast! I like to add two scoops to hot tea (a fruity flavor) with a little honey, or to water with a crystal light packet. It's not sweet, which is nice.Favorite flavor
