INGREDIENT: Certified Organic Fair Trade Granulated Coconut Blossom Nectar
Use coconut sugar the same way you use regular sugar, it's a 1:1 ratio.
1:1 REPLACEMENT FOR BROWN SUGAR
FLOURLESS BROWNIES:
- 4 large organic eggs
- 1 cup Big Tree Farms Organic Brown Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup Big Tree Farms Organic Cacao Powder
- ¼ cup + 1 tsp Big Tree Farms Organic Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350℉. In a bowl mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into wax paper lined 8" x 4" pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let set for 4 hours before cutting. Enjoy!
