I’ve been taking supplements for about 40 years, and this is one of my top 5 favorites. The benefits of saffron are stellar. It’s worth taking a few minutes to research it and see for yourself. I feel absolutely great on it. And Swanson’s is by far the best! It’s a great strength, organic, comes in a vegetarian capsule, and is an excellent price! 10 stars in my book!
