Isoflavones from soy have been reported to provide a number of health benefits, including the promotion of heart health and the maintenance of bone health in post-menopausal women.Swanson Soy Isoflavones have helped to diminish my hot flashes and I'm sleeping better. I've also lost a few pounds. I also take Black Cohosh and Wild Yam cream. I hope this review is helpful.
