Great product

Have used these on occasion for years under the name Swanson Slippery Elm Lozenges. (The name has changed, but the product is the same.) Perfect for a dry throat.

Blech! Medicine Taste.....YUCKY!

Grainy, slow to dissolve and not very soothing these yucky lozenges are mostly still in the bottle. The slippery elm must be the reason for their horrible aftertaste....reminiscent of eating Vick's Vaporub when I was a child. There are plenty of vitamin C supplements out there which are not as expensive and are easier to swallow...or suck on as the case may be.Lesson learned - you DON'T always get what you pay for. And one more insight....ORANGE FLAVOR WOULD MAKE THEM SO MUCH BETTER!

Its pretty good

The slippery elm is soothing for the throat. I wish they would make something with just the slippery elm, but I guess they think they have to gussy it up with the other stuff. I like it, but that doesn't mean you will.
