I have liked and used Pau D'Arco since the 1970's, maybe it was even back in the 60's. First, the bark in tea form, then tablets. I was fascinated with what I read about Pau D'Arco coming from the inner bark of a species of tree in the Amazon Rain Forest, and how effectively it was used by the natives there for wellness.You can find a lot of reading material a lot of different places today about amazing and awesome Pau D'Arco. Personally, I have always found it to be very effective. For wellness, I always took 3 or 4 tablets a few times a day whenever needed. Today, I really appreciate having it available in this alcohol-free liquid form. Just keeps me from having to swallow more pills than I already take daily. I simply put a dropper-full into my morning healthy green drink, and also into water at other times during the day as needed. Taste is not a factor. Works for me.Great Skin Aid!
