Is doing what I expected
It's working with what I wanted to see done. It isn't fast but I don't expect it to be an instant gratification solution. I want it to work, not play at working.inexpensive digestive supplement
I take one of these at dinnertime and my food sits better on my stomach. I tried taking two a day, one in the morning too, but I spent more time in the bathroom than I wanted to, if you know what I mean! One is just perfect.
