Ingredients: Purified (deionized) water, decyl glucoside, lauryl glucoside, xanthan gum, biotin, silica, glycerin, Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf gel, phenoxyethanol, Yucca schidigera (yucca) root extract, Quillaja saponaria (quillaja soap tree) bark extract, d-panthenol (vitamin B-5), hydrolyzed wheat protein, sodium chloride, Origanum vulgare (oregano) leaf extract, Thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf extract, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) bark extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, Citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf extract, Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) root extract, Olea europaea (olive) leaf extract.

Ingredients: Purified (deionized) water, Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf gel, vegetable glycerin, behentrimonium methosulfate, cetyl alcohol, butylene glycol, silica, biotin, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract, Solanum lycopersicum (tomato) fruit extract, phenoxyethanol, Echinacea purpurea (coneflower) root extract, Origanum vulgare (oregano) leaf extract, Thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf extract, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) bark extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, Citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf extract, Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) root extract, Olea europaea (olive) leaf extract.
Directions: After cleansing with Swanson® Biotin Shampoo, massage conditioner into hair and leave on for 2–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Clean, Soft, Healthy Hair
I actually like the low/no suds and the results are superior: clean and soft for DAYS LONGER than with any shelf-brand I've ever used, expensive or cheap, and new healthy growth is evident. I add a few drops of mint oil to the little-bit of shampoo in the palm of my hand, which makes for super-squeaky clean (and good stimulus for the scalp). I have very long hair, so I tend to be generous with the conditioner. Admittedly, the only downside is expense for size; I'll probably need to purchase additional conditioner, but I'm delighted with the results.Great guality

After reading the ingredients, I was excited to try this shampoo & conditioner. Sadly, the set was a big disappointment. Both the s & c were runny, there was no scent and my hair became dry using it after only a few washes. Perhaps I got old bottles or bottles that were heat damaged? After reading the rave reviews, that's entirely possible.
