I think it does what it’s supposed to do as far as strengthening lungs and upper respiratory system. My former barley grass supplement, which I can’t find now, was a little better in that it also helped cleanse my system. This doesn’t quite have the same effect. But I am not unsatisfied. Price wise is great too....
