can't say i am a fan as far as it helping your henna color last longer, it did not! water ran clear beforehand and after using this, water ran reddish pink, clearly it took some of the henna color right out of my hair. As far as conditioning, it is excellent but, so are many cheaper priced conditioners like rainbow research brand.My complaint about this product is not so much that my color bled but, more about the not very squeeze friendly bottle itself. conditioner is super extra thick, so thick it won't come out of the hard bottle even when left upside down without cap on! even my superman of a husband could not easily squeeze or smack out the conditioner for me. If you have issues with your hands, avoid this product. Even affter taking out the white insert piece, we still could not squeeze or beat out more than a quarter size worth of conditioner, we ended up having to slice bottle opened under neck area with a packing knife blade so i could just scoop condirioner out with my fingers.Love this conditioner
I love using this conditioner especially after applying the Henna Cream. I normally use Nature's Gate Daily Cleansing Conditioner as my regular conditioner, but I love using this one after the Henna treatment and might even switch to this one as my full-time conditioner. Leaves my very-long hair super-soft, smooth, shiny, and easy to comb through after washing. Smells very clean and fresh and doesn't leave a heavy residue.
