Great taste and great results! If you're looking to incorporate Oat Straw Tea into your diet, this is the one!!Just what I needed
Based on Susan Weed's book for herbal remedies I have been ordering this oatstraw to make infusions. I so appreciate that this organic product from a reputable source is available at a good value price. Following the directions, I put 1-2 tablespoons in a tea pot with leaf strainer, pour hot water over it, let it infuse for about 5-10 min. then drink. I often make a strong brew and dilute it with hot water to drink it warm throughout the day. It feels so nourishing and calming.Can't use
Not what I expected. Does not blend well with my protein shake, kind of useless, unless you plan to use it to make tea.
