Disappointed
I'm writing this review after taking this melatonin pill, probably 4 hours ago and I'm still wide awake. Not only it didn't put me to sleep but it didn't even make me sleepy.I'm normally very sensitive and reactive to sleeping aids. Not this one. I do not recommend.A great solution ..
Works better than many of the other things I have tried. I only need a half tablet to give me a good night sleep ... I'm glad I gave it a try.This Melatonin Works Fast
Few supplements that one takes gives quick results, but this one does. I take one or two tablets under my tongue 30 minutes before bed time. They help me get sleepy and ready to doze off. I've tried several melatonin products, this is the best for me!
