It is a precursor for nitric oxide, which promotes increased circulation by relaxing blood vessels. Each tablet provides 1,000 mg for convenient dosage.

Good free form option
I ordered this L-Arginine because I was looking for a free form option, which is recommended. I haven’t been taking it long so I’m looking forward to results. The tablets have a nice flavor but are very large and can be hard to swallow.I love the price and convenience that Swanson provides!!Great product good price
