Don't think other brands will be as good. I recently got a brand X by mistake from another vendor and threw them in the trash. They actually made me feel bad. I have been taking the Source Naturals IP-6 for several years and there is no comparison.Not sure of this one
I read the rave reviews but all I noticed after 3 weeks of using this rather large tablets was that I was peeing all night long about every 2 hours. I didn't really notice anything else so I dumped them.Great Product
