Suggested Use: 1 tablet daily. For severe hot flashes, take 1 to 2 tablets daily. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering the position of the tablet to avoid prolonged contact with the same area. May also be swallowed. For best results, use this product for at least 4 weeks.

What a relief
These will not dissolve easily under your tongue. Just keep that in mind if you've used sublingual tabs before...these take a long time to dissolve and are a bit gritty. BUT...they work.Took for 4 days - started to feel better. Forgot 5th day, hot flashes came back. Have stayed on task for last 8-10 days and tho' I get very mild bursts of heat, it's nothing like before this product. I'm reordering to make sure I don't run out.worth much more than what it costs.
I was having terrible hot flashes, (up to 14 a day). I started taking this and about two weeks later, my hot flashes were greatly reduced. Now I rarely have them.
