I believe these work
I bought BCAA for the first time a couple of months ago. This brand. They definitely seem to provide extra energy when I need it. I pop 3 before a workout, and no other times. I like that they have L-Glutamine and zinc. I did not see any others that had this formulation. It seems pretty ideal. Disappointed, but not surprised it's sold out tonight. One thing to be aware of is the size of the capsules. They are pretty huge, so sometimes it takes extra concentration to get them down the hatch.Powerful!
I noticed a difference within 2 days. Amazing product! The only thing I did not like is you have to take a lot of it.
