Medicinal Mushrooms are quite popular now. This product has 'Mushroom Blend' which contains 6 varieties of mushrooms plus Acerola Cherry Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract and Ginger Root. It was tasty and soothing to the stomach. When in a rush I ate it off the spoon chased with some BF coffee which I make decaffeinated. This keeps me satiated and going for several hours in the morning.I ordered it on sale and it cost me about $1.00 per serving. It is packaged in a dark brown plastic jar which can be re-used for storing dry foods.
