Great taste
This has a great taste and 20 grams of protein per scoop. I use it in smoothies and added to a glass of milk. Solgar is a brand I trust. Highly recommended.Good product but not what I need.
This is high in protein, low carbs and calories. Has an impressive list of high quality ingredients. I mainly used in my coffee in place of a creamer. Dissolved well and tasted good. I knocked down a star because I was wanting something to get me going in the morning and never felt any boost after using it. Perhaps that's not what it's intended to do but whatever I won't likely buy again.Great If You Can Stand The Taste
The product contains all of the right things - but the taste is horrible to me. I have to doctor it up with instant coffee to make it palatable.
