Solgar Sublingual Methylcobalamin nuggets deliver 1,000 mcg of vitamin B12 (as methylcoblamain). A better absorbed form of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin supports healthy nerve tissue and brain cells. Free of yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, sugar, salt and dairy products and formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors.
