Tasty & LOTS of fiber
The flavor was good and it was easy to make. Realistically - there's no way it will 'feed a family of 4', especially if you have teenagers! It makes 4 cups of chili - enough for dinner for maybe 2 adults. Be sure to note the fiber content: 28g per package (7g per serving).
