These pads are free of chlorine and perfumes, thus a healthy alternative to drug store pads. Research the negative effects that can come from using traditional pads and you will switch to a product like Seventh Generation's pads. They absorb well and stay in place.less irritating than regular store brands
I like this pantiliners for period lightdays since I have become super sensitive to all pads in general and these liners are less irritating than regular store brands. They are pretty absorbant as well.
