DIRECTIONS: Adults - take two captabs, two to four times a day, as dietary supplement or as directed by a doctor. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have difficulty swallowing, consult your physician before use.
Refrigerating after opening may prolong the life of the active cultures and is recommended, though not required.
