If pregnant or nursing, see a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions: Adults and children age 12+, take 2 capsules twice daily (age 6-11 take 1 capsule). Results are usually felt within minutes or hours, and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained, try 1 capsule twice daily for maintenance. Take up to 6 capsules daily during the times of high stress.
