This is an excellent and potent source of those important Omega 3s.An aid to vibrant health
Because of it's potency, my naturopath daughter recommended this source of important Omega fatty acids.Good product
I buy this product for myself and my husband who recently started taking them and is not really big into health supplements. I like this product because it has lipase, a digestive enzyme for fats, in it. It also had a lot of vitamin D that is a fat soluable vitamin. It is enteric coated so it goes to the intestine tract to be dispersed. I don't get the burpy, fish oil taste that I have had from other products. It is a little pricier that other products but offers a lot. It is also only one capsule a day.
