Grandma's Shampoo & Shave Bar gently cleans and protects skin and hair. This bar formula features sodium lardate and essential oils along with saponified oils of castor, coconut, olive, palm and rice bran. To shampoo, rub hair with shampoo to work up lather. To shave, rub skin with bar to work up lather and shave as usual.

Ingredients: Sodium Lardate, Saponified oils of Castor, Coconut, Olive, Palm and Rice Bran, and Essential Oil.
DIRECTIONS:
TO SHAMPOO: Wet hair thoroughly. Rub hair with shampoo bar. Work up lather. Rinse. Repeat if desired.
TO SHAVE: Wet area to be shaved. Rub with shave bar & work up lather. Shave as usual. Rinse & dry.

Nothing special about this soap, but it does work like soap should.Love this bar!
I use it a couple of times a week or whenever I have to get the styling goop out of my hair. It works great as a cleanser but can be a little drying...be sure to use a conditioner.Beyond Excellent
I bought this for my 23 year old sons and they absolutely love it.I saw it on the Swanson site and thought I'd buy them each one because it was a novelty and cute. I was happily surprised that they told me they love it. They both have beards so they haven't tried it for shaving, but they say it's great for washing their beards as well as their hair.I give this soap a two thumbs up each purpose.
