Just like old-fashioned goodness!
Lightly scented bar with great foam & gentle cleansing. Doesn't dry out skin like most conventional soaps. Would definitely purchase again!I have purchased this from the Cracker Barrel Restaurant for years. I love it.

This is the only soap I like to use on my face. It smells nice and is gentle on my skin. I wish my local grocery store carried it but since they don't I don't mind buying 6 bars online and having it delivered. It's that good.yum
The bar itself smells gloriously almondy, but when you lather up the fragrance disappears. Not a big problem, it's an oil scent. This soap is definitely not kosher - lard seems like a weird ingredient for a facial soap, but it works. The bar is nice and firm without being too hard, lathers well, leaves my face nice and clean not too dry. My forehead looks great with this soap - I can tell it gently exfoliates.
