Ingredients: Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, PEG-40 Sorbitan Peroleate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Tocopheryl Acetate, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Coumarin, Eugenol, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance (Parfum).
Can be used as a skin conditioner, massage oil or bath oil.
DIRECTIONS: After shower, apply directly to damp skin. Leave on skin for a few minutes, then pat dry. To use as a bath oil, pour 2 capfuls into a tub of comfortably hot water and bathe as usual.

Have tried several other brands but always come back to Queen Helene. I apply to my entire body immediately after showering to damp-dry (not wet) skin - before leaving the shower stall. Moisture on the skin helps the even distribution of the oil. This light, thin oil applies easily by hand leaving smooth, supple skin, soft, un-frizzed hair and a mild, pleasant fragrance in its wake.
