Great productExcellent Staple In My Regimen
This particular vitamin D3 from Now Foods is excellent and it has become a permanent staple in my nutritional regimen. Vitamin D3 has a boatload of benefits, too long to mention here. I tried other brands and forms through the years but his one has proved easy to assimilate, no side effects and very effective. Monitor your total vitamin D intake, especially if you also take a multivitamin that has it and maybe also cod liver oil and other supplements that may have it. Too much is as bad as too little and everyone is different so go slowly to find your ideal range. Try your best to live a healthy, positive lifestyle. Supplements just supplement, they don't replace your responsibility for your health.
