Ingredients: Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Arnica Montana Flower Oil, Aroma Oil Blend (Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Cymbopogon Martini Oil, Natural Vanilla Fragrance, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) (soy).
Suggested Use: Massage desired amount of Arnica Soothing Relief Massage Oil after a long day or strenuous workout. Apply the oil 2-3 times a day to moisturize and balance skin. Keep away from sensitive areas, and do not ingest.

Soothing, and massaging with it seems to help my stiffness
Maybe it's just my touchy body, but this doesn't seem to warm when I use it. I do, however, like the scent, and it's easy to use to massage in. I use it mostly on my legs and feet. I think it does help my stiffness, somewhat.my muscles say "thank you"
This product has a nice smell with a light texture for an oil. It makes a great massage oil but I use it every day on my knees to help with soreness and it works better for me than traditional sore muscle creams.
