Trying fish oils again
Had tried fish oils on doctors recommendation several years ago. Did not seem to agree with me so I stopped taking them. Figured I would give these a try And they seem to be more to my liking. My wife is trying them tooIt works
Since arriving here in US, my consumption of fish has significantly reduced. I am glad that I am able to find this because the smell is not very pungent. I cannot say much about the long term effect of this but I noticed that my skin gets softer.This doesn’t required refrigerationGreat product.
This is a great omega-3 complex. Taking one per day has definitely helped me in just an overall good feeling. I take it once per day, it is easy to swallow and seems to be doing its job. I would definitely recommend.
