Chickpea Flour Crackers
Makes approx. 24 crackers
- 1 cup Navitas Organics® Chickpea Flour
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. sea salt
Additional flour for dusting
Preheat oven to 350° F. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Shape the dough into a ball, then flatten into a disc and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle lightly with Chickpea Flour and roll out to ¼" thick. With a sharp knife, slice the dough into squares. Prick crackers with a fork to make holes. Slide the dough and parchment onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Allow crackers to cool before separating.
STORAGE INFORMATION: Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
