Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Makes one medium crust
- 2/3 cup Navitas Organics® Cauliflower Flour
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup water
+ Desired pizza toppings
Heat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the eggs and water and mix by hand until a soft dough forms. Place the dough in the center of the baking sheet and press down into a ¼" thick circle.
Bake for 12 minutes, remove from oven and top as desired. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
STORAGE INFORMATION: Refrigeration not required. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
