Good but not great product
I'm satisfied enough, but next time I need to order an Omega capsule formula, I'll likely choose another brand, one with, hopefully, an easier to break open shell, as I bite into the capsule before swallowing for easier assimilation.good product
When I take Omega, I always break the fish oil pill in my mouth to get immediate effect. The brand is one of the few I have had that releases strong fish tasteindicating the content is concentrate. I have not used it log enough to get a more elaborate report but overall experience is good.
