Therefore, Baby's Only Organic DHA & ARA LactoRelief - Toddler Formula is not intended for infants under 1 year of age unless specified by a healthcare professional. This formula is the ONLY organic milk based formula without lactose. This formula is appropriate when milk sugar or lactose sensitivities cause fussiness due to diarrhea, gas, bloating and cramping, and it provides complete organic nutrition needed for normal growth and development.

Preparation Instructions
For all ages: Your child's health depends on proper formula preparation. Do NOT exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless otherwise specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm.
Fill powder to top of enclosed scoop (1 Scoop = 8.5 g) 1 Can makes about 84 fl oz (2,485 mL)
- To Make 2 fl oz bottle Formula Powder 1 unpacked, level scoop (8.5 g) Add Water 2 fl oz (60 mL)
- To Make 4 fl oz bottle Formula Powder 2 unpacked, level scoops (17 g) Add Water 4 fl oz (120 mL)
- To Make 6 fl oz bottle Formula Powder 3 unpacked, level scoops (25.5 g) Add Water 6 fl oz (180 mL)
- To Make 8 fl oz bottle Formula Powder 4 unpacked, level scoops (34 g) Add Water 8 fl oz (240 mL)
Wash hands & surfaces with soap & warm water
Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle
Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water
Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved
Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour
Warning: Never use Microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result • Prepared formula must be refrigerated • Discard leftover formula after feeding • Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to a child diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional • The use of sterile purified, demineralized, deionized, distilled or reverse osmosis filtered water is recommended. If using tap water, bring to a rolling boil for one minute and cool for no more than 30 minutes.
Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours • Cover opened formula can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month • Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
Do not use for children with galactosemia.

Best Formula!
This Lactorelief formula is amazing! It has quality organic ingredients which is great. I was nursing my son from the beginning and supplementing with formula just 1 or 2 bottles a day. He was a very fussy baby from the start and nothing seemed to agree with him. I finally tried this when he was about 4 months old and it was like magic! He absolutely loved the taste and it did not give him any tummy problems! He is now 15 months old and I continue to feed this to him in place of milk and will continue to do so through his toddler years. I highly suggest trying it out! By the way, this is my first product review ever so this must be a great product!Awesome formula

This is the only brand of baby formula I could find without DHA/ARA added, which was important to me. An otherwise exclusively breastfed baby has accepted a few bottles of this as well as I could hope. Of course she'd still rather have mama milk, but this has been a welcomed backup for when I don't have a bottle pumped and have to go somewhere without baby.
