This is the first time I have ever taken Niacin. I am assuming its working well. It is not anit flushing. So, It does make me flush for about 40 minutes after I take it.Niacin
Regular niacin is much better for you than time -release and Swanson's prices are the lowest anywhere!! Awesome product!
