Golden Seal with Echinacea has been a primary remedy for me for several years. Since I use it only when needed & never for more than 7-14 days at a time, it keeps on working for me & it has many applications-worth reading up about. I love Nature's Answers' alcohol-free herbal extracts & find that holding an undiluted dropper-full under my tongue for a minute or 2 before swallowing it to be most effective. SWANSON as usual has the best pricing, too!
