This powerful nutritional blend delivers targeted nutrients in each softgel like vitamins C and E, zinc and copper, each of which has been linked to sustaining and promoting vision health over time. Additionally, every serving of Nature Made Vision Based on AREDS2 Formula features 5 mg of lutein and 1 mg of zeaxanthin. Lutein is a carotenoid known to support macular health and to aid in protecting against the strain sometimes caused by exposure to blue light (such as from the sun or digital device screens). Likewise, zeaxanthin has also been linked to supporting eye health over time, including as an antioxidant which may help defend against free radicals.
