INGREDIENTS: Cane Sugar, Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Brown Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Rice Syrup Solids (Rice Protein, Natural Mixed Tocopherols {Added to Maintain Freshness}), Citrus Fiber, Baking Soda, Salt, Cream of Tartar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cloves.
you will need:
- eggs or egg replacer
- oil or melted butter
- water
Directions for full package (9x13 or two 9" layers):
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease pans (0r insert paper liners for cupcakes).
- Combine 4 eggs, ¾ cup water and 2/3 cup oil or melted butter. Add cake mix and blend well. For sing 9" round or 8" square pan: combine 2 eggs, 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup oil or melted butter. Add 13 oz or approximately 2-1/2 cups cake mix and blend well.
- Bake according to time on chart below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Vegan Spice Cake: Make as directed above, except replace eggs with Namaste Foods Egg Replacer. Mix up replacement 'eggs' as directed on package. Other additions stay the same. Other egg replacements may work, but may require experimentation.

Namaste Spice Cake Mix is one of the top best cake mixes I've ever used. Slot of gluten free cake mixes can be too sweet and can have a difficult time rising or being moist. But Namaste cake mixes products are moist and delicious. It can be converted in to Carrot cake by just adding the shredded carrots, nuts and raisins. Absolutely delicious!
