This is the worst product I have ever purchased. If I could give it a 0 on the stars I would. No instructions of how to dissolve on bottle. It doesn't mix in hot or cold water. I would say that most of it stays in the bottom of the cup and I doubt that a human body can even digest it. As far as I can tell there is little to no magnesium in the container that I purchased. I have purchased many cal mag brands over the years and there has always been fizz and some tase other than chalk. There is absolutely no fizz when you try to mix it. Swansons did offer a refund when I called yesterday, which I do appreciate. I would never ever recommend this product. I would compare it to eating soacked sheetrock without the paper.Good product
I have used this product for years. It is a good supplement for calcium and magnesium, plus it has some essental trace elements.
