Excellent Product
I love taking this particular Megafood vs their multi-vitamin because it has a lot of other great stuff in it. This one can be taken with or without food. This product gives me a lot of energy. It says one daily but I take two a day to equal up to 100% for many of them.Great Multi for women with allergies
This women's daily has the stuff your body needs and you only need to take 1 tablet a day! I have many allergies so the fact that it is dairy, soy and gluten free is great. It has a nice herbal blend as well as immune boosters. Great combo over all. I feel great!
