Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate
X is a homeopathic dilution.
Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times per day or as directed by a physician.
Tamper Evident: Use this product only if foil under cap and imprinted shrink seal around neck and cap are intact.
Store tightly closed at room temperature. Protect from light and moisture.

I didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. They really do help control my appetite.This works
I have been using this for the last few months only taking once a day in the morning with my coffee. I have noticed that my appetite is null unless I eat something just because it looks good. I'm going to try taking 2X a day and see how this does. I don't have any shakiness at all. It's as if you haven't taken anything and works about 4 hours. I would recommend this.
