PREPARATION HINTS:
Pour hot (but not too hot) water over tea bag and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Water under 160° is ideal. Try sweetening with honey or agave. Yerba Maté is also good cold. If you're on the go, try dropping two or more tea bags into a quart of water. Shake it up, let steep for 5 minutes or more and it's ready to drink.

Very Tasty Mate
I drink most mates hot, but this one is best enjoyed at room-temperature or cold (if you like ice). I put two bags of the lime mate in my large water bottle, and after it steeps, add stevia. It's delicious!Bad Combo
I love mate have been drinking for many years lived in South America so i know the real deal. Did not realize this had hibiscus and Chicory in it my bad.This does not taste good to me i have bought the lemon one from another brand that is fine this brand was less so.
