Ingredients: Almonds, Soluble, Tapioca Fiber (IMO-Free), Ground Flaxseed, Baking Powder (Aluminum Free), Fine Sea Salt.

you'll need:

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. apple
  • cider vinegar

directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉
  2. Whisk together eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl.
  3. Add entire bag of baking mix and combine well.
  4. Mix in vinegar until throughly incorporated.
  5. Transfer dough into a well-greased small loaf pan (approx. 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.5").
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until edges of the loaf start to recede from the pan.
  7. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely. Enjoy!
