SUGGESTED USE: Take 1-2 capsules with meals, or as otherwise recommended by your healthcare professional. Three capsules per day provide 2 g vitamin C and 75 mcg vitamin K.
CAUTION: Not for use by children or by pregnant or lactating women. Before using this formulation, be sure to consult a physician skilled and knowledgeable in nutritional medicine to help you determine your individual amounts of these nutrients. If you are taking a blood-thinning medication, such as warfarin, do not take any form of vitamin K, and do not make any changes in your use of supplements, without consulting a physician skilled and knowledgeable in nutritional medicine, as well as the physician prescribing the warfarin.
