Not that thrilled with it
I have to be honest, I love King Arthur flours and have used them for years. However, I just wasn't thrilled with this mix. I didn't find it to be that tasty and when I made biscuits they came out pretty flat. I mixed up my own gluten free flour and find that it works better for baking. In my opinion this is a little overpriced, too (not by Swansons..It costs that much online and in stores, too). If you don't want to mix up your own gluten free flour, this is better than nothing. I just wasn't that thrilled with it.Extremely good tasting
I bake the savory biscuits, recipe on the box, and my husband loves them and so do I! And I do not have a gluten free problem , he does, and they are delicious! Recommend King Arthur brands.
