My husband has used many different herbals for aid with blood sugar levels. Found this one to be the most comprehensive combination of herbs and most helpful.Sugar Buster
I really like the fact that this is in a tablet form. If you suck on it for just a few seconds before eating sugar, the sugar doesn't taste sweet (the gymnema does this) so it can help limit the sugar you want to eat.Only product with heartwood, so I tried it...
This was the only product that I could find at Swanson with heartwood, so I gave it a try. It was okay...I wish that I could get heartwood extract by itself. The bottle emptied too fast it seemed.
