Directions: Prevent plaque and tartar buildup with regular brushing and routine dental cleanings. Adults and children 2 years of age or older should brush after each meal (or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician). I have bought this toothpaste a couple of times now. My husband and I love the taste and feel our teeth and mouth are refreshed after brushing. It’s a strong minty paste but perfect for us. I would highly recommend this product if you like the feel of a clean mouth. Haven’t seen a big difference in the whiten, that’s why I only gave it a four star.
