Use
Prevention of cavities.
Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 6 years of age. If you accidentally swallow more than used for brushing, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Avoid storing at high temperatures (greater than 100°F). Protect from freezing.
Directions
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.
Children Under 6: Use a pea sized amount. Children under 2: Ask a dentist or physician.

No SLS
Been using for years as it does not contain SLSGreat Taste!
I needed some more 'natural' toothpaste and after the good reviews I read about this toothpaste I ordered it at Swanson's, since their price was the best. I like the taste very much, but using it for a couple of months now I don't see any improvement as far as whitening goes and that was one of my other reasons to buy this toothpaste. I will keep on using it and maybe it needs a longer time to work?great product
this product works! I feel at ease using this product knowing it doesn't have those harmful chemicals in it!
