DIRECTIONS: (Adult) Take three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels daily with a meal and a full glass (8 oz) of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains (natural) caffeine.
Usage Warnings: Do not use if safety seal is broken. This product contains natural caffeine and may affect blood pres-sure, heart conditions and/or blood sugar. Check with your doctor before using this product and engaging in activity, if you are using medication or have any medical conditions, including diabetes, blood sugar disorders, heart disease, high blood pressure, an iron deficiency, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice).
