Other ingredients: Flaxseed oil, gelatin, purified water, glycerin, maltodextrin, beeswax, caramel (color), sunflower lecithin, annatto (color), dextrin, titanium dioxide, St. John's bread (carob)(color), silicon dioxide and turmeric (color).
DIRECTIONS: (Adult) Take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels twice daily with a meal and a full glass (8 oz) of water.
